Discussion: The outlook shifts wetter across Northern Africa and Southern Europe while the mild pattern in Europe loses intensity. Wet weather extends to the Middle East.

Week-4 Ahead Forecast valid March 22-29, 2026: Southern Europe to Middle East storm track.

Discussion: Northern Africa, Southern Europe, and into the Middle East develop an impressive low latitude storm track. Central Europe to West/Southwest Russia and most of the Black Sea region are drier than normal.
